Ruvin Development
Rob Ruvin

Rob Ruvin's passion for design and development began with his position as co-founder of Ruvin Bros Artisans and Trades, a high-end construction management firm. His involvement in the design-build process also led to his position as partner of the architectural firm Weissmann Ruvin Design Partnership and The Ruvin Group, a real estate development company. In 2004, he sold his interest in these companies to focus his energy and passion on real estate development.

Today, Rob Ruvin is the President of Ruvin Development. The firm focuses on projects that balance historic restoration with new modern design, developments that are considered catalyst projects that transform urban areas. Current Ruvin Development projects include the Aloft W Hotel and The Residences ABOVE, Blatz Condominiums, The Palomar Hotel and Residences at Sydney HIH Square, The Riverfront Plaza, Grafton Hotel, and the Gipfel Union Brewery restoration.

In addition to his commitment to preserving pieces of architectural history and infusing life and energy into urban communities, Rob believes in incorporating sustainable practices and building techniques in all Ruvin Development projects. He supports sustainable efforts statewide as a board member of the Wisconsin Green Building Alliance. He feels his development projects should have a positive impact on the community while minimizing the impact on the environment.
